We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it is very very good. Its a little old but do not let that put you off. The location is excellent. Room Servicing and cleaning is excellent. Aircon is in the rooms is wonderful. We enjoyed out stay very much. We are Kiwis travelling around Italy and France. I would stay there again and fully intend to. The bar on the ground floor is also a huge bonus.
On first sight I liked this very modern hotel on the edge of the pedestrian area thinking it would be quiet. Bedrooms are roomy with nice bathrooms but very small shower! Room was very hot and fan didn’t work so opened window. Could hear virtually every word spoken in the street below as the sound was amplified until late on! They Have a parking service but you have to walk from the road along the pedestrian area to the hotel. They do provide a porter service. Breakfast on top floor was good but didn’t see any sign of a rooftop bar! Wellness area was very expensive so didn’t bother. The attached restaurant is very good and there is a nice bar outside for apperitivi.
The location and walkabilty to places was great. The rooftop breakfast was great . The water pressure in the showers was fantastic.

Second time back in San Remo. This time the hotel has been completely upgraded post Covid. Wonderful service by Giovanni at the front desk. Great over experience at this hotel (had an upgrade!) Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is steps away from the beach, casino and main shopping street.
The standard room is nice but seemed a little cramped.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Helped us with all our questions.
Room is big ( junior suite ) a bit dated but it fits in the style of the building ( more classic).
We had a great view on the church and nearby casino.
Bathroom was ok, not very clean. This could be better. Shower could be cleaned better. This is just a detail.
It was a great stay with real Italian hospitality.
Great location and great rooms. Easy walk to the beach and shopping area, lots of restaurants and bars around. If you arrive by car make sure to book the valet parking as there is no/limited parking space in the area
